Travel Advice - When flying un Europe one bag means one bag
In most of the world, airlines are very specific about limiting your carry-on luggage to one bag. Further, the bag must fit in the test bin that is next to each boarding gate. In the US, airline baggage policies allow one bag in addition to your purse or briefcase. In Europe, your purse of suitcase fills the one bag allowance. Any additional bags will need to be checked. Always ask at the check-in gate to avoid difficulties at boarding. Sometimes these limitations are relaxed if the flight is empty or if you are flying business class.
